I wrote a column about my friend who died (as mentioned in my previous entry), and it ran in the newspaper this weekend. Here's the link, and if that one eventually requires a login, here's another link that should work.I received more startling news today, but fortunately that turned out OK. Apparently some bicyclists can be hit by a car going 90, get thrown 30 feet, have a destroyed helmet, wake up in an ambulance, and not even have a broken bone.
