Description:

Max’s travels to Hollywood where, after auditioning for a role as an alien on the series "Enterprise," he unmasks the sole surviving shape shifter – a man named Kal Langley (Joe Pantoliano) who offers Max’s last chance for finding his son. But his fellow alien, who has become an extraordinarily successful movie producer in his earthly incarnation, has other ideas. Back in Roswell, Isabel and Jesse struggle over how to reveal their engagement to their families. Starring Shiri Appelby, Jason Behr, Katherine, Majandra Delfino, Brendan Fehr, Nick Wechsler, William Sadler and Adam Rodriguez.

Guest starring are Joe Pantoliano as Kal Langley, John Billingsley as himself, Stephen Tobolowsky as Jules Walters, Mary Ellen Trainor as Diane Evans and Garrett M. Brown as Philip Evans. The episode was written by Russel Friend and Garrett Lerner and was directed by "Roswell" executive producer Jonathan Frakes who also guest stars as himself portraying the director of "Enterprise."

Demographic Information:

"Roswell" delivered its best Total Teens (2.3/7) and Male Teens (1.9/6) ratings of the season.

Growth has been the key on UPN's Tuesday night as the network has experienced dramatic year-to-year increases over last year in overall primetime as well as in each hour among all key demographics. This season-to-date (9/25/01-10/30/01), UPN has significantly improved its Tuesday primetime ratings over the same time frame last year (10/3/00-10/31/00) among all key demographics, including 170% among Persons 12-34 (2.7/8 vs. 1.0/3), 145% among Adults 18-34 (2.7/7 vs. 1.1/3), 83% among Adults 18-49 (2.2/5 vs. 1.2/3), 45% in Homes (2.9/4 vs. 
2.0/3) and 64% among Total Viewers (4.6 million vs. 2.8 million). 

UPN has also seen its Tuesday ratings bolstered this season in the 9-10:00 p.m. time period with "Roswell." UPN's season-to-date average in the time period (9/25/01-10/30/01) has improved versus the same time frame last year (10/3/00-10/31/00) in several key demographics, including 100% among Persons 12-34 (2.2/6 vs. 1.1/3), 100% among Adults 18-34 (2.2/6 vs. 1.1/3), 31% among Adults 18-49 (1.7/4 vs. 1.3/3), 9% among Homes (2.4/4 vs. 
2.2/3) and 34% among Total Viewers (3.9 million vs. 2.9 million).
