36 Things

During a one-year span starting in February 2015, I hope to do the following three dozen things. Here is the explanatory post that kicked it all off, though the short version is simply that I might very well be insane.

  1. Love these. I can help with #3. #7–totally a fun class, make K10 go with you. #8-Try CorePower studio, fun, great music, not stuffy, and use my name on your referral card :). #9–Go to places for recipes (Nom Nom Paleo, Oh She Glows and Against All Grain). #13–easier than you’d think! I need to do #18. #25–Day 1 and 2 will suck but by Day 4-7 you will be loving life!

    • Alisa, I’ll go check out those recipe websites! And I’d love input about how to actually avoid sugar. The weekend off electronics sounds scary and liberating — and I’m looking into rentals on the coast because that would be a fun way to do it. (And I would allow my garmin…)
